Summer Weight Loss

Summer is fast approaching. In fact, just one more month and it’s the much anticipated summer school break. I am really looking forward to more free time this coming summer vacation. One of my priorities this summer vacation is losing weight. I would like to enroll in a regular fitness program. Perhaps I can also study the benefits of weight loss pills.  I’m crossing my fingers and hope everything turns out well.

Two Birthday Parties For Yohan

Tonight we’re having a small birthday celebration for Yohan. He turned 5 yesterday and he had a birthday celebration in school. Tonight we’re having another celebration at home for the family. Yohan is very excited to see his grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Hubby is currently busy preparing food for the guests. He is making BBQ ribs, fresh green salad and crispy fried chicken. For dessert, he will make sponge cake topped with fresh fruits and ice-cream. Yaya made my favorite spaghetti.

I have gained considerable weight over the past few months and after tonight, I’m sure I will gain more. I might be needing the help of some weight loss pills to help me lose those extra pounds.

Weight Loss Options

Lately I’ve been getting remarks that I’ve gained weight. It’s true but honestly I don’t appreciate hearing it, especially from people I’m not close to. It bothers me but I’m not really the type to tell a person that his or her remark has upset me. I keep it to myself.

There are several ways of losing weight. One is through proper exercise and good diet. I guess that when I stopped going to the gym during summer vacation, it had an effect on my metabolism. Taking diet pills is another option. However, I suggest carefully reading diet pill reviews before taking any.
