Ice-cream is perfect in this hot weather. It’s hard to resist ice-cream especially during summer. I never get tired of Double Dutch ice-cream. It’s one of my favorite flavors. I also like mocha, chocolate and pistachio flavors. I prefer my ice-cream served in a wafer cone. What’s your favorite ice-cream flavor?

I love FIC’s Mint Pistachio. Last Thursday, I almost ordered it but hubby reminded me about the Pistachio-salmonella scare so I refrained from having my favorite flavor. 
I’m also fond of the local sorbetes. Too bad, no vendors are allowed inside the village. I sometimes get the chance to have some sorbetes when we visit my MIL’s place. I like the ube and cheese combination.
