Preschool Camping

Yesterday was our son’s first camping. Hubby and I drove him to the camp site. I had a short talk with his teachers before leaving him there. I felt at ease knowing that all the preschool teachers were there to assist the kids. Hubby and I kissed our son and told him that we love him before going. I had mixed emotions about leaving the camp site but I’m hopeful that it will be an enriching experience for him. Today I’m very excited because we’ll pick him up from the camp site in a few hours. I can’t wait to kiss and hug him again.

Appreciating Nature’s Beauty

I appreciate the beauty of nature but I rarely get the chance to spend a lot of time outdoors. I think the last time I went camping was when I was in third year high school. Our batch went on a big camping trip. It was just an overnight camping but I really had a terrific time. It was my first time to sleep in a tent and be as close to nature as possible. The following morning, we had a privilege of seeing different kinds of birds. I remember spotting a few birds by looking through the guide’s Nikon rifle scopes.  Don’t worry the guide  didn’t hunt birds.  He just kept that rifle handy.

Camping Outdoors

There are many fun activities that people can enjoy outdoors. Camping is an example of an outdoor activity that you can enjoy with family and friends. Camping is very exciting and has many wonderful benefits. This kind of activity can be a life enriching experience because camping is a great opportunity to bond with family members and friends. It is a wonderful way to be close to nature.

One of the first highlights of camping outdoors is setting up the tent. There are different kinds of tents to choose from for your camping activity. The spike tents are small and light. A spike tent is ideal when there are only a few people who will sleep inside the tent. Spike tents are also easier to pack and lighter to haul. If you are looking for a spacious tent where a lot of people can sleep then you can check out wall tents. They happen to be the largest and most accommodating tents available in the market. You can put a number of sleeping cots inside. It’s spacious enough to accommodate table, chairs and a cooking stove. Wall tents are perfect for big camping activities.

When was the last time you went camping? I have to admit that it’s been a while since I last went camping and I long to do it again soon.
