Household chores that I am not fond of:
- washing the dishes
- dusting displays on shelves
- cleaning the bathroom
- ironing clothes (something i still have to learn)
Do you think you can survive without helpers and nannies?
To be honest, I have been used to having a nanny and helpers since I was a young girl. In fact, my nanny who took care of me when I was a young is still with me. She now helps me take care of my son. She has been with the family for so many years and I think of her as a second mom. As for helpers, I can probably survive for a month or so. Last time, the helpers had a vacation for a month and it was really difficult for me. Good think hubby helped me by taking in charge of the cooking and half of the cleaning. We both don’t know how to iron clothes so it piled up until the helpers got back.

A person’s health depends on one’s lifestyle. Health is a reflection of how we take care of our bodies and how we live our lives. Some people take health for granted by keeping an unhealthy lifestyle. Too much smoking and drinking can have great consequences to the body. Eating unhealthy foods like junk food, oily and with high cholesterol content can lead to health issues.
We should prioritize our health. They say “health is wealth,” and I agree. A person may be financially rich and powerful but there are times when no amount of money or power can bring back a person’s good health. We should try our best to maintain good health through healthy eating, regular exercise and keeping a good lifestyle. It is also vital to take proper nutritional supplements. Sometimes the food we eat don’t contain enough nutritional benefits that we need each day. Taking vitamins and other nutritional supplements can greatly benefit the body. It can improve stamina and immune system.
Make the most of your life by taking a positive role in taking care of your health. Don’t make the mistake of taking health for granted. It’s about time that you put health on top of your list of priorities.

The price of gas has increased again just recently. The high prices of fuel have become quite a burden to many. Here are some simple tips that you can do to save on gas consumption:
- If several members in your household drive separate cars, try coordinating your schedules and use one car whenever possible.
- If you drive your kids to school everyday, try joining a car pool instead.
- Drive in moderate speed, within the speed limit. The faster you drive, the more gas your vehicle consumes.
- When you’re waiting in your car, it is best to turn off the engine to save on fuel.
- Regularly check your tires if they are properly inflated and aligned.
- Subject your vehicle to regular tune ups. Change your oil periodically.
I can’t believe the erratic weather changes today. When I woke up this morning, it was bright and sunny. The weather was promising but when afternoon came, the sky suddenly became gloomy and dark. There was a heavy downpour. I had to turn off the computer because of thunder and lightning. Glad the sky is calm again and I’m back on-line.
