Movie Time :: The Dark Knight

Filed under: Movies — Tags: — rachel @ 10:51 am

Last night my husband and I watched The Dark Knight. It’s a PG-13 movie. We decided not to bring our 5-year old son because we didn’t want to expose him to all those violent scenes. My hubby and I really enjoyed the movie very much. The scenes were incredibly fast paced and exciting. Heath Ledger played the the role of Joker very effectively. It’s just sad to think that he’s gone.

When we got home, Yohan was still awake. We gave him the Batman shirt we bought outside the cinema as souvenir. He asked why we didn’t take him along and we explained that the movie had a lot of fight scenes and it wasn’t suited for young children like him. I’m so proud how he accepted our explanation without the slightest complain.  He loved the shirt we gave him.

Movie Time :: The Dark Knight

My husband is looking forward to watching the movie, The Dark Knight. It’s another well anticipated Batman movie starring Christian Bale, Heath Ledger, Aaron Eckhart, Michael Caine and Gary Oldman. The director of the movie is Christopher Nolan.

My husband and I enjoyed watching the movie Batman Begins. I think Christian Bale did well as Batman. He was committed to the role which made the movie a success. To follow up the triumph of Batman Begins, Christian Bale is set to grace the movie screens by portraying Batman again. He greatly established his character and fans can’t wait to see him put his Batman costume again.

The Dark Knight features Lieutenant Jim Gordon, District Attorney Harvey Dent and Batman working together in order to eliminate organized crime in Gotham for good. It seems effective at first but soon they realize that they were falling as prey to a formidable criminal mastermind known as the Joker. This villain puts Gotham in the hands of anarchy and forces the Dark Knight to cross the borderline between being a hero and vigilante.  That is just an overview of the movie and fans are excited to watch the full length film. Be among the first to watch this exciting film by securing The Dark Knight tickets online.

Movie Time :: Indiana Jones

We watched Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull last night.  After our disappointment from watching Speed Racer, we were glad that Indiana Jones brought a totally opposite reaction.  The movie was great and worth watching at the cinema.  The start of the movie was already action packed and infused with excitement.  It’s really worth watching.

Movie Time :: Speed Racer

We watched Speed Racer a few nights ago. The movie was visually breathtaking but I found many parts quite boring. Even my four year old son found some scenes boring because I saw him restless in his seat during some parts of the movie. In fairness, the racing scenes were exciting. The CGI car stunts and maneuvers were the highlights of the movie.
