The H1N1 virus is becoming more and more alarming. We try our best to avoid overly crowded places. I always bring alcohol and baby wipes with me. My son’s bag also has alcohol, baby wipes and small liquid soap. Frequent washing of hands has always been an old habit so nothing has changed in that aspect.
I’m not close to my nearby neighbors. We sometimes exchange casual greetings especially during special occasions but we don’t really engage in long talks. I’m grateful that they are quiet neighbors. I’ve never had a problem with them. I have a few friends inside the village. We see each other from time to time.
I wish I could say I’m a patient person but I’m afraid I’m not as patient as I want to be. I remember when I was young, I didn’t like waiting for Christmas to open my gifts. I would eagerly open Christmas gifts from relatives and friends with the exception of gifts from my parents. They insisted I open their presents on Christmas eve. 
I easily get turned off by long queues. I would often turn my back if I see a long line. However, if I need something important I have no problem enduring the wait.
“What is your favorite ice cream flavor or ice cream concoction?”
I love FIC’s Mint Pistachio. Last Thursday, I almost ordered it but hubby reminded me about the Pistachio-salmonella scare so I refrained from having my favorite flavor. 
I’m also fond of the local sorbetes. Too bad, no vendors are allowed inside the village. I sometimes get the chance to have some sorbetes when we visit my MIL’s place. I like the ube and cheese combination.

Honestly at first, I could believe his decision to come all out and declare a totally new persona. However, it’s a bold move that merits some form of admiration. Not everyone has the courage to fight for one’s happiness especially when it means going out of the norm. I just wish BB to find the happiness she deserves.
I don’t work in a office but I have important duties that I perform each day. I personally take care of my son’s needs. I bring him to school and I help him with his homework and projects. I prepare fun, educational activities for him. We always have a wonderful time together. I also supervise household chores necessary to have a clean, healthy and comfortable home. I’m a full time mom and I’m proud to be one.
Ash Wednesday means repentance but I will not ask you to list down the things that you feel you have to ask forgiveness for.
