The laptop is one of the most important gadgets that people use everyday. We depend on our laptop to make reports, browse the Internet, save information, photos and videos. We store a lot of important things in our laptops which makes laptop insurance an important consideration. Availing of an extended laptop warranty can protect laptop owners from accidental damages or even theft. Basic warranty may be limited. It is advisable to get laptop warranty that offers wider protection such as liquid damage, cracked screens, vandalism and damages due to natural disasters.
In this digital age, it’s so easy to take photos and videos and save them on the computer. Chances are you have years of cherished memories stored in your computer. It’s always a good idea to make copies of your files. You can back up your files on CDs, DVDs or better yet, you can save them on an external hard drive. It’s a devastating thought to lose all your treasured photos and videos because of an unforeseen computer problem. Put your worries at bay by backing up your pictures and videos. You can find great external hard drives at buy.com. I checked their recent Weeks Deals Page and they are offering Western Digital My Passport 320 GB - Hard Drive at a very low price. It’s an irresistible hard drive deal.
My DCP-120C Brother printer is acting up. I keep getting the message that there’s a paper jam but I’m positive there’s no piece of paper trapped inside. I checked Brother’s website and followed the steps for troubleshooting. I turned off the printer and turned it back on a few times. At first, it did the trick and I was able to use my printer again. But the paper jam problem keeps coming back. I think it’s time to bring my printer to the nearest service center.
My son is celebrating his 7th birthday next month and he’s asking for a Play Station 3 as a birthday gift. I’m thinking of buying him one. I’m considering to get the Play Station 250 GB System so it can store more games, music, videos and photos. I already started comparing prices and I found a good deal in Greenhills. The price is relatively cheaper compared to most malls. It’s funny because hubby is also excited about it. I think the boys will be extremely happy if I finally decide to buy one. I like it because it happens to be a High Definition Blu-ray player. It’s perfect because we don’t have a Blu-ray player yet.

I’ve shared on my other blog how excited I am with my new source of HPpiness. I bought a mini USB mouse to make it easier for me to use my laptop but I haven’t used the mouse yet. I’m beginning to get a little used to the touch pad.
I had some initial problems installing the new router I bought but it turned out my DSL modem was not compatible with my LinkSys router. Good thing a Digitel technician went to our house earlier to help me. He changed my DSL unit into another one that supports LinkSys. I’m happy that my wireless connection is functioning well. More reasons to enjoy blogging.
