I love spending time with my family. Being a stay-at-home (SAHM) gives me an opportunity to spend quality time with my husband and son. There are many advantages of being a SAHM. I am able to personally take care of my family’s needs especially my son’s. It’s rewarding to witness my son’s wonderful milestones in life. Watching him grow up, discover things on his own and learn new things each day is heartwarming. I am also able to monitor my son’s progress in school. I help him with his homework and school projects. I just had a parent-teacher conference last week and I am very happy about the teacher’s positive feed back about Yohan’s development in school.
I am happy to have discovered blogging. I enjoy writing about everyday slices of life especially things about my son. I gained many friends through blogging and it also opened an opportunity for me to earn some income as a SAHM. IZEA has given me this wonderful opportunity. It allows bloggers to write great opportunities and gives advertisers a platform to share about their products and services through quality blog ads. It feels great that I am able to bring in extra income for the family.
I’ve shared on my other blog how excited I am with my new source of HPpiness. I bought a mini USB mouse to make it easier for me to use my laptop but I haven’t used the mouse yet. I’m beginning to get a little used to the touch pad.
I had some initial problems installing the new router I bought but it turned out my DSL modem was not compatible with my LinkSys router. Good thing a Digitel technician went to our house earlier to help me. He changed my DSL unit into another one that supports LinkSys. I’m happy that my wireless connection is functioning well. More reasons to enjoy blogging. 
Blogging has given me so many wonderful opportunities that I’m thankful for. I gained a lot of wonderful friends online. I even had the privilege of meeting some blog friends in person. Blogging is also a good way to earn some extra money. You can enjoy meeting many interesting people and at the same time make money on the side. It’s perfect for stay-at-home-moms like me. One of the rewards of blogging is discovering new sites and interesting people. I like visiting different kinds of blogs but I’m rather fond of parenting blogs. I like reading about how other parents cope up with the challenges of taking care of children, managing the home, health concerns and more. I also love reading about the joys of parenthood. It’s wonderful to read about how other parents enjoy the aspect of parenting and how their children make their lives more meaningful.
I stumbled upon a mommy blogger. Her site is called yummy mummy, a nice, family oriented blog that shares daily highlights of everyday life. It is authored by a Christine, a sweet mommy of a lovely girl named Muneez. Christine shares wonderful photos of her family, parenting tips and personal experiences, product reviews and more. One of her recent highlights is her second wedding anniversary, a wonderful milestone worth celebrating.
