Green Halloween

This year our village is pushing for a “Green” Halloween.  Kids are requested to come in costumes made of recycled materials.  A best in costume contest will take place before the trick or treat activity. I’m sure it’s going to be fun and exciting.  Making the costume can be a great family bonding activity.
