Weight Loss Options
Lately I’ve been getting remarks that I’ve gained weight. It’s true but honestly I don’t appreciate hearing it, especially from people I’m not close to. It bothers me but I’m not really the type to tell a person that his or her remark has upset me. I keep it to myself.
There are several ways of losing weight. One is through proper exercise and good diet. I guess that when I stopped going to the gym during summer vacation, it had an effect on my metabolism.
