Lonely Morning
Yesterday, my hubby, son and I took my parents to the airport for their flight back to the States. I tried my best not to cry but tears still rolled down my cheeks when it was time to say goodbye. My son patted my back and said, “It’s OK mommy. Don’t cry.” I said a quiet prayer for my parents to have a safe trip.
When I woke up today, I felt a sudden surge of loneliness. I realized my parents are not here anymore. I’m going to miss them very much. I hope to talk to them later once they arrive home.
