We sometimes open a bottle of wine during special occasions like birthdays, Christmas, New Year and anniversaries. There are several unopened bottles of wine in the house. Some were given to us as gifts while a few were bought from the store and a few given to my by my parents a long time ago. They are placed under our water dispenser. Honestly they look out of place there but we don’t have an appropriate area for our wines. We were also told to store the wine bottles lying down instead of storing them in an upright position.
Our house is too small to have a wine cellar and we don’t have enough wine to justify having one built. Besides we don’t have extra room and it’s just to expensive to have one. I think the best option we have is to get Wine Racks. A small wooden wine rack would be nice. There are many available styles and materials of wine racks in the market but I prefer wood. I saw a modern wine rack design. It’ called a Bali Wine Rack. It looks like gentle waves on top of one another. It was inspired by modern Indonesian furniture. I think that lovely and modern wine rack would go well in our house.

WW :: My Parents’ 36th Wedding Anniversary
I can’t help but add some words to my Wordless Wednesday entry this week. I’m just so happy because after so many years we had the privilege of celebrating my parents anniversary with them. They are staying with us for a vacation. If only I can slow down the time so we can be together longer. They are scheduled to go back to the States next week. I feel sad thinking about it but I’m just glad to spend quality time with them while they are here.

Pet supplies are part of our monthly grocery list. We allot money to buy certain pet supplies for our beloved pets. For our pet fish, a Flower Horn, we buy special high protein fish pellets especially formulated for Flower Horns. We also buy bird seeds for our pair of lovebirds. Bulk of the pet supplies we buy is for our pet Labrador Retriever, Bruno. Every month we buy Bruno both dry and canned dog food. We also buy him dog treats, soap and shampoo.
My family loves watching movies at the cinema. In fact, we watched Indiana Jones last night. We saw some great movie trailers and we’re excited to see those movies soon. My family enjoys watching movies a lot and I’ve always dreamed of having our own home theater. It would be great to have a large LCD and comfortable reclining seats. There is discount home theater seating available to make movie watching at home pleasurable and relaxing.
We watched Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull last night. After our disappointment from watching Speed Racer, we were glad that Indiana Jones brought a totally opposite reaction. The movie was great and worth watching at the cinema. The start of the movie was already action packed and infused with excitement. It’s really worth watching.
