Keys To Living Well #1 - Exercise
One of the keys to living well is exercise. Ever since I enrolled at the gym, I have felt a boost in my energy. I don’t get tired as easily as I used to. Aside from an increase in my stamina, I also realized that I developed strong immune system. Before, I used to get sick easily. I remember that when I got exposed to gentle drops of rain, it often resulted to colds and cough. Now, despite the sudden changes of weather, I’ve remained healthy. A good, daily exercise regime is great in keeping the body fit and healthy.
I should exercise again
I have treadmill. I used to exercise but I stopped. I think I should exercise again…
