I support projects and activities geared toward protection of the environment and conservation of nature. I believe that it is our role to take care of Mother Earth. If we all do our part in protecting the world we live it then we can have a safer and healthier living environment.

One of the worthwhile projects that I support is recycling of old materials into new products. We should always try to prevent wasting potentially useful materials by recycling them.

Plastic is one of the abundant materials that people use everyday. Plastic is non-biodegradable and efforts around the world are being done to reduce the use of plastics. There are some types of plastic that can be recycled and one of them is Recycled Polymers. It’s great that recycling efforts are being done in many industries around the world.

I consider good health as a blessing. I believe it is a person’s responsibility to take care of his health. Proper nutrition, good exercise and clean living are all important in maintaining good health.  Good health can be gone in an instant if when we neglect our bodies.  Self discipline and understanding are important factors in keeping a healthy life.

I consider dental health very important too. We should take care of our teeth as much as we take care of our bodies. Our teeth are vital to everyday life because we use them to chew our food every time we eat. It is only right that we take good care of our teeth by daily and proper brushing and regular visit to the dentist.

For me, finding a good dentist is important. I prefer my dentist not only to have the necessary skills but also a sense of understanding and empathy to his patients. I want a dentist who I could trust and feel comfortable with.
