It isn’t the great big pleasures
that count the most; it’s
making a great deal out
of the little ones.

Happy Valentine’s Day to everyone!

When my son woke up this morning, he was very excited. He knew it was Valentine’s Day.

His teacher requested the students to wear red today instead of the usual uniform. The students were also asked to bring snacks that they could share with their classmates.  After that I went to the gym with fellow moms and went back to school to pick up Yohan.  After class, Yohan gave me a heart shaped card with small colorful hearts pasted all over.  He was very proud of the card he made in school. It was for me and his Dad.  I was so happy  when I received that special card.

Ever since I became a mom, I learned to appreciate small things.  It’s the small things that bring me so much happiness.

  1. why what a coincidence! in Nico’s school, they were also required something red today! I guess, the Teacher’s cooking up something.

  2. Hi Rach, ang sweet naman ni Yohan. I also got a card from Gabbie and Nicole. They just used a plain bond paper and drew a heart in it. Kakatuwa talaga…Happy Hearts Day again…
