Yesterday, my husband and I took part in Avida Land Corporation’s Project E.A.R.T.H.
Environmental Awareness and Responsiveness Through Homebuilding
The activity involved a motorcade around Avida Communities in Sto. Tomas, Batangas followed by a tree planting at San Rafael Estates. There was a short talk from members of Avida, Home Owners Assoc. Officers and representatives of Solid Waste Management Assoc. of the Philippines (SWAPP). A fun highlight of the event was the intermission featuring a puppet show teaching kids about the importance of respecting and taking care of Mother Nature. There was also an entertaining dance number from Project E.A.R.T.H.’s mascots, Mundo and Munda.
Here is a photo of the unveiling of Project Earth Logo …
The activity was a call to action to all residents to take an active part in fostering a clean, green and healthy environment.

Great weekend you had, Rach! Happy WS!
♥ Thanks Sasha!

♥ Thanks Julie. Hopefully I can do more to help such a noble cause. I live in Sto. Tomas, Batangas. I miss living in Manila but I also appreciate the beauty of my surroundings here.

This is definitely a very nice activity Rachel. We are in the landscaping industry and we also care for our environment. We also do tree planting at our kids family day as part of their activity. Sometimes we also attend such activity within our community to support and help our environment from further destruction. Thanks for dropping by.
